Before joining ATI in 2008, Matty spent 18 years creating and implementing successful advertising and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Starbucks and General Mills. He believes ATI’s advantage comes from its unique ability to solve specific customer challenges. As a result, he restructured ATI Marketing to emphasize responsive customer service, new product development and marketplace innovations. Matty implemented the same strategy for ATI marketing communications – in print, at trade shows and online. It communicates and highlights ATI’s logistics, quality and cost benefits to a wider market. This integrated approach simplifies the solutions process, further reducing risk for the customer, which complements the purpose of ATI’s products.

Marcia Dyer

Marcia brought a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical industry when she joined ATI in 2000. This included in-depth knowledge of microencapsulation and cold chain requirements. At ATI, she applies her customer service expertise to build relationships that result in unique customer benefits. These experiences and relationships have been instrumental in driving new product development and training new team members. Marcia is always glad to meet and talk with you about your cold chain concerns, over the phone, at your business or at various cold chain conferences and events.

Michelle joined ATI in 2008 from a pharmaceutical background. She continues to use her customer service skills to deliver solutions offering a distinct advantage. Convinced that innovative products streamline processes, save time and reduce costs, Michelle was an early champion of LOG-IC®. Many ATI customers have now tapped into the advantages of LOG-IC due to her training and implementation expertise. Customers also benefit from the efficiency improvements she brings in her management of ATI Distribution. Since joining ATI in 1993, Barbara has become a recognized expert in the manufacture and production of temperature devices. Her in-depth technical knowledge of products has been extremely helpful to customers searching for the ideal solution. In addition, Barbara focuses on understanding a customer’s specific business challenges, preferences and objectives. As a result, she has developed numerous custom solutions that have helped businesses streamline processes, lower costs and reduce risk. Barbara also manages international accounts, assuring that they receive responsive, world-class service.
