ATI’s RinseCheck label ensures proper dishwasher sanitization when placed on a dish being washed in a high temperature commercial grade dishwasher. The indicator on the label turns black if the surface temperature of the dish reaches 71°C/160°F, the necessary temperature for proper dishwasher sanitation. The unique QR code printed on each label allows a simple scan with our SUDS App on any smart device to generate data history about temperature exposure.
What differentiates RinseCheck from other systems is the added, unique Software Utility for Dishwasher Sanitization (SUDS) App technology. There is no longer a need to keep manual logs or physical labels. When ATI’s SUDS App is paired with our cloud technology, you can pull data anytime, anywhere.
ATI’s RinseCheck solution indicates an excursion has occurred when the temperature for proper dishwasher sanitation (71°C) has been met with a clear color change to black.
ATI’s commitment to precision, industry expertise and our ongoing enthusiasm for innovation translate to custom solutions designed to address known problems within our customers’ cold chains.
