Connect Temperature data with
CAVU Hub Cloud Monitoring
Access all of your temperature and humidity data with our CAVU Hub software – all from the cloud. With minimal configuration, it’s easy to connect any of ATI’s data loggers and temperature sensors to the platform and take advantage of a wide range of features.

Take complete control of your logistics with deeper visibility powered by CAVU Hub enabling you to share valuable data with internal and external stakeholders. By monitoring temperature, humidity readings, and other external factors in one place, you can address shipment issues before they arise.
Compliant with WHO Standards
Endicate and LOG-IC 360 data loggers meet and exceed World Health Organization compliance requirements. Find these devices listed on the WHO Prequalified Devices and Equipment list.

What is a data logger?
Data loggers are electronic devices that allow you to record changes in environmental conditions over a period of time, to ensure your product stays safe and effective.
They are typically built using a microprocessor, an internal memory for data storage, sensors that are used to track changes, and a battery for use without an electrical supply. What makes a data logger so critical is its ability to use multiple sensor types to gather data on anything from temperature to humidity, shock, vibration, and more.
What is a data logger used for?
Temperature and humidity are critical measurements to protect and extend the life of certain kinds of products during both shipping and storage. ATI’s line of temperature data loggers track and record temperature or temperature and humidity data for a wide range of supply chain and logistics applications around the world, including life sciences, medical, pharmaceutical, food, industrial, and countless other applications.
With temperature accuracy at +/- .25°C, data loggers allow improvement and visibility in the supply chain process. This allows for corrective actions, including acceptance and rejections to be made from anywhere in the world and a clear history of data to be captured for years to come.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), vaccines are affected by changes in conditions during transport and storage, reducing the products’ safety, efficacy, and shelf life. Some vaccines can be heat sensitive while others are freeze-sensitive (without any indication that freezing occurred).

Critical applications for logging Temperature
If you’re currently capturing all your temperature data manually then you know it takes a combination of time and effort with a large room for human error. Our electronic temperature data loggers ensure accuracy, while also providing access to your temperature data from anywhere in the world. Instantly check readings, download, and share without removing your product from the truck or its packaging.

Ensure critical temperatures
ATI’s cost-effective data logging solution, Endicate™, features instant notifications when your product has gone above or below a temperature range for a specified length of time. The temperature for each alarm that has been triggered is easily viewable directly on the sensor, no additional data is required.

Increase Supply Chain Visibility
Our LOG-IC 360 line provides clear measurement data on an LCD display for high, low, and average temperatures. If an excursion occurs, you will know when and how long your product was outside the acceptable temperature ranges and the actual time and temperature for each alarm that has been triggered can easily be determined using our custom web portal.

Predictive data analysis
Once your logger data is serialized and organized into groups, results can be shared across the eco-system via CAVU Hub. This step gives you the ability to build more sophisticated data with a history of bottlenecks and excursions and can reduce time in acceptance or denial of a shipment. With data in a machine-readable format, you can quickly begin analyzing and extracting trends to give you
further insight.
What data trends can be analyzed?
The extensive data collected by your temperature data loggers enable you to determine trends in environments, seasons, shipping lanes, and more. These trends provide you with measures to begin predicting what could happen and needs to happen with a shipment before the product enters the supply chain.
One example would be shipping temperature-sensitive medical devices from Seattle to Miami. Knowing your shipment team processes orders year-round, you could begin analyzing temperature excursions within your supply chain. Recognizing that shipments arriving in Miami from May through August are more likely to exceed target temperatures will allow you to make packaging and shipping adjustments that protect your products.
Another great use case is for products that cannot become frozen, where it simply isn’t enough to measure temperature at intervals. A data logger will monitor the temperature in transit, and can instantly set off an alarm to inform all parties when an excursion has occurred within the supply chain and for how long it happened.
When do you need to track both temperature and humidity?
Humidity can lead to condensation, mold or degradation, damaging or ruining products. This is frequently the case with international shipments which have long transit times over the course of many climates.
Temperature and mold are major concerns in the food industry where fresh food like fruits, vegetables, and meats have to be kept cold or frozen. Increases in temperature or humidity can ruin an entire shipment or reduce shelf life dramatically, resulting in lost sales and impacting customer satisfaction.
Exposure of electronics to temperature and humidity can lead to condensation and corrosion of components, impacting the performance of the device. When that happens, the effects on your budget and brand reputation can be devastating.

Keeping Your Data Secure
When managing sensitive information, security is key. ATI data loggers follow the same security best practices as any computer or device
on a network.

21 CFR Part 11 Compliant
Our Bluetooth technology is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, the FDA’s regulations specifying the management of data collected with electronic devices. This regulation applies to pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and other FDA-regulated industries.

Pin Lock Feature
Lock and store all data information behind a secure PIN access code.
